Services

I provide individual counseling and couples and marriage counseling to help people struggling with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Multicultural and diverse clients are welcome.

Office Hours and Location

I am available to meet either in-person or by video. I use a secure teletherapy platform for video sessions. My office hours are Tuesday through Friday, primarily during regular business hours.

Fee

My standard rate is $175 per 55-minute session for individuals and couples. Longer sessions are $215 for 70 minutes and $260 for 85 minutes. Payment is due at the time of each session. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card. I use a secure payment platform for credit cards.

Insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance plans, but can be billed as an out-of-network provider if your plan has this coverage. I provide receipts monthly for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you want to use insurance, you should check with your plan to find out your out-of-network coverage, deductible, and the process for submitting claims. For couples therapy, you should find out if your plan covers couples therapy (some plans exclude it). An individual diagnosis is required for any use of insurance.
