- I feel worried or anxious a lot of the time. I know it’s excessive, but I can’t seem to let things go. It’s affecting my sleep and how I function during the day.
- I’ve been struggling to be happy for a long time. I often feel depressed or dissatisfied with things in my life. I am not even sure why I feel this way.

- I’m constantly stressed. I work too hard, sometimes taking on more responsibilities than I should. It’s hard for me to relax, and it’s starting to affect my health.
- I’m really hard on myself. I’m overly critical of what I do or how I look. No matter what I accomplish I don’t feel good about myself. Nothing is ever good enough.
- Fear holds me back from the things I want to or should do. It keeps me from trying new things, or makes me freeze up in performance situations.
- I don’t feel comfortable with who I am. Sometimes I feel awkward or anxious in social situations. I often wish I could be different, or that I could just feel better about myself.
- It’s hard for me to trust enough to open up. I desperately want to connect with others, but sometimes I’m not even sure how to do that.
